This kit includes two polycarbonate egg molds and four chrome tongs, perfect for making chocolate eggs in a single step. A handy step-by-step brochure is included. For colorful eggs, brush the molds with fat-soluble food coloring or add it to melted chocolate. You can also paint floral patterns or abstract decorations. Have fun customizing your eggs with royal icing cone decorations or using ready-made sugar decorations.
How to do:
Temper the chocolate properly, pour it into one of the two cavities, place the second mold on top, and secure it to the other using the chrome tongs. Using circular movements, distribute the chocolate over the surface of both molds. Let it cool, preferably at 19°-23°C, for about 30 minutes before unmolding the whole egg.
